All furniture orders are tailored according to your color, size, style, and design preferences.
Because each piece is customized, returns or exchanges are not available.

To ensure your satisfaction, Boss Furniture follows a strict inspection process:
- After production, our team inspects each piece for color, size, and craftsmanship.
- Photos and videos of completed products are shared with you for review.
- If a piece does not meet your requirements, we coordinate with the factory to adjust or rework it until it is approved.
- Once approved, your order is finalized for delivery.
This process ensures that every item matches your specifications perfectly.
3. Warranty & Repairs
We offer a 1-year warranty on all furniture:
- If furniture is damaged or unusable due to natural causes during this period, we provide after-sales support.
- Repairable damage can be fixed by a local technician, with costs covered by the seller.
- If the furniture cannot be repaired, we coordinate with the factory to offer alternative solutions, protecting your investment.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only available if an order is canceled for personal reasons before production begins.
- Once production starts, refunds are not available due to customization requirements.
- The reservation fee is non-refundable.

- Service fee: 5% ($75)
- Refundable portion: Only the production cost (if canceled before manufacturing)
